1. If you have chosen a flat, which you are interested in from our catalogue you will need to press the button "to book". This sends us your particular order.

2. If you can't find a particular property, which you want that is not in our catalogue, please describe in detail requirements either e-mail or telephone us. Remember to specify the following information: your full name and address, country, number of people staying, area you would prefer to stay in, whether you want a house (dacha) apartment and your special requirements concerning conveniences i.e. washing machine.

3. In order to book a property you need to pay a deposit. Normally, you will have to pay a deposit of 1-2 day's rent if you want to stay for a short period of time. If you want to rent a place for a longer period of time a deposit of 10-20% is required from the monthly total. Our services will cost 30-50% of that monthly one-off charge. It is advisable to put down a deposit by yourself or with the help of your representative. Also, you can use "WESTERN UNION" or any other suitable money transfer organization - it is your choice. On arrival in Odessa you will have to pay the remainder of the fee.

4. How much is rent in Odessa?
Typically, prices range from 35-150 US dollars per day. This depends on several factors: the area where the property is located, the level of comfort/amenities, the number of days required, and the amount of people staying The highlighted prices in our catalogue are based on 1-2 person renting per day. If you want to stay longer than 10 days, we will offer you a discounted rate.

We may need to see your identification, i.e. passport or driving license. Please, remember to bring your identification.
